Full screen remote desktop pops back up when minimized

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I found this topic when trying to solve this problem. There were no
solutions, though. Has anyone figured out how to stop this?

At various times, I've noticed that the screen for Remote Desktop will
not
stay minimized. This only happens when I am working in full screen
mode and
I have minimized the Remote Desktop window.

This behavior is reproducable on any machine with Windows XP installed
by
doing the following:

1) Open a Remote Desktop connection and log into to a remote server in
full
screen mode.

2) Minimize the remote desktop window and, on your local desktop,
Choose
Start-->Run.

3) Leave the Run window open and go back to your Remote Desktop
session.

4) Minimize the Remote Desktop session. You should see the behavior I
am
talking about which is the Remote Desktop window pops back open.

Anyone know of a fix for this annoyance?
