Hi,
When user loges to a network share, his username and password are stored
until he logs of or restarts the computer. This is by design.
Stored User Names and Passwords Credentials Are Stored for the Lifetime of
the Logon Session

Hi,
Thx for reply . I have no problem with guest sharing .My problem is
that windows remember the password of share folder . I only enter the
password once after that i donot get any password prompt unless i
reboot the pc .
I want to disable the password remembering/catching .
So that every time the user give \\192.168.1.5 he/she will get a
username/password prompt.
Hope it clears .

Hi,
Windows XP, by default, uses Simple file and printer sharing and forces
logon with the guest account. You can disable simple file sharing
following
this steps:
1.. Click Start in open My computer
2.. Click Tools and open Folder options
3.. Click to remove Use Simple files sharing (recommended)
You can also disable the Guest account.
1.. Click Start and select Control panel
2.. Click User account
3.. Click the Guest account
4.. Click Disable Guest account
In this case you will be prompted for username and password. Here are
