Hi,

Windows XP, by default, uses Simple file and printer sharing and forces
logon with the guest account. You can disable simple file sharing following
this steps:

1.. Click Start in open My computer
2.. Click Tools and open Folder options
3.. Click to remove Use Simple files sharing (recommended)
You can also disable the Guest account.

1.. Click Start and select Control panel
2.. Click User account
3.. Click the Guest account
4.. Click Disable Guest account
In this case you will be prompted for username and password. Here are some

Hi,
I share a folder and other user1 accessed with guest/guset without any
problem.
now i create anothe user with abc/abc and remove the share
guset/guest

Then if user1 want to connect to my folder he does not get any promopt
where he could give abc/abc ...it automatic log using guest/guest ...
How I stop the automatic loging .
