and mini-dump is created. Uninstalled and cleaned the reg and files from
leftovers installed WP11 sp3 and same thing. Uninstalled 11, cleaned up,
and reinstalled 12 sp1 to hope of a solution. The error per OCA was stating
a video driver problem, updated video driver to latest version and still
same results.

If you can't see the STOP error because the system reboots too fast,
disable automatic restart:
1. Click Start, and then right-click My Computer.
2. Click Properties.
3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and
Recovery.
4. Under System failure, click to clear the Automatically restart check
box.
5. Click OK, and then click OK.
6. Try to reproduce the error message
