Thanks, Ron. However, I retired that platform on Sunday. I moved the
functions on that platform (Pentium II at 450MHz) to a "new" platform
(Pentium 4 at 1.6GHz). I will be reinstalling the OS on the old
platform in preparation for donation to a local charity. That process
should definitely cure the activation prompts.

I have seen some reported instances where it apparently helped to
reboot the problem computer into Safe Mode and then do the registry
fix for the .DLL files as per my July 6th posting.
