Hi,
I hope someone can help me. My old computer crashed and burned. I got a
new computer which uses xp home. I'm using the od drive from my old
computer, which used xp pro, as an external hd using an hd enclosure
through usb. The problem is that I cannot get access to my old files
and folders in the "documents and settings". Is the wierdest thing.
Even in 'safe mode', I still cannot get access. Is there something I'm
missing? Thx in advanced.

Re: Missing folders ... What happens if you try to view the missing folders from a command prompt? ... All permissions are the same throughout the tree and the type of documents are MS Office files, PDF's and image files jpegs, gif etc. Theres nothing fancy in here and no encryption or anything like that. ...
