Just click Start, Run and enter MSCONFIG in the run dialog

If you want to undo Safe Mode as an automatic boot option, run MSCONFIG
again. Go to the Boot.ini tab and uncheck Safeboot.

I need help bad, I changed my msconfig to start up in safemode, did my
changes, and now I want to know how and/or where my run application is in
the start up menu. In safe mode where do I find this. The computer keeps
rebooting up in safe mode
