We are also running into the Runtime Error after I (Administrator) log off
and my son signs on. We did not have this problem until recently. I have
checked the Help Guide and it assures me that each of us is supposed to be
able to leave our open, active windows open while we Switch User and then
return to our open windows. I am beginning to suspect one of the recent
updates I downloaded altered this option. If anyone can help me, thanks. If
not I guess I need to make some official complaint as I recently purchased
this system with this capacity.

I think I got it as long as everything is fully logged out. I appreciate your.

Then your part of a health care group. Since I once worked in health care
including radiology I know some of the mismash of software can cause issues.
Do have a reliable tech person you can call? Also does the radiology site
provide a log-off button or do you just close the window?

Thanks for the reply!
Yes. I do; however, occasionally access a site for reading radiology
films
at home for work. I close that connection prior. I guess it is possible
that
creates a block that cannot be resolved w/o restarting the computer even
when
terminated prior to switching?

I presume the first user closes all his or her open applications,
including
any internet/mail connections before switching.

Sorry, for the delayed reply. 1GB. I tried run chkdsk which did not fix
the
problem. The same error keeps returning and asks me to seek assistance.
Thanks for any thoughts!

When I try to switch users on my computer I am getting the following
error
until I restart. Is there a way to avoid it or stop it. It prevents
the
second user from accessing the internet and tells me to seek support
for
correction.
Program: C:\ProgramFiles\InternetExplorer\iexplore.exe
Thanks!
