I used to have an option whereby RH click on a directory in Windows Explorer
would include the option 'Open Command Window Here'. This would open an DOS
command window in the selected directory.
Any ideas how to implement this?

The files in question are video files which are the products of conversion attempts using several video editing programs.... You're probably using NTFS file system or else you are not using Windows explorer to delete files. ...
