Is there a way to backup each workstation HDD in a network into a

If not, what else can we do to individually backup workstation HDDs?
1. Nothing should ever be saved locally on workstations. Redirect users'
My Documents to user folders on the server and/or teach them about Save
As and have them save only onto the server.
2. I prefer to keep data on a second hard drive on the server. Depending
on your circumstances, burn data to DVD regularly and take off-site or
put in a fireproof.
