I'm not defending WGA. WGA is going to cost MS far more in lost good will
from legitimate customers than it will recover in revenues. Read my blog to
see what I think of it. From now on, anyone who asks me what computer they
should buy is being pushed towards an Apple Mac unless they have
requirements that the Apples cannot handle.

But Microsoft *are* *legally obliged* to defend their investment and it
isn't their fault that some resellers out there are defrauding end users.
