I had to install a new hard drive. When doing the Restore with the
cd's it
failed to install the Nero6 program. Is there a way to find this
program &
install it from the restore cd? I have a eMachine & I am so tired of
calling these "techs".

If Nero didn't come as part of the Restore image and eMachines didn't
give you an installation cd, you must have purchased Nero and installed
it yourself. If you have lost the cd, you would have to repurchase the
program.
