Try with a different profile. Sounds like the one you are using is not writing changes out to disk.

Hello folks,

The menu speed on my laptop keeps defaulting to 0 when I boot. I have installed TweakUI and it works for that session, but when I reboot, its back to hyper speed.

I've gone into the registry and manually set the delay time to 400 (it shows 0) and, again, it works until I reboot again............

Any ideas or suggestions.
