Look in Start, Programs, Startup folder. Yours and All Users one.

I am fairly experienced using the msconfig command to choose what programs
will startup when windows starts up. However, when I look at my processes
that are running, I see a few that I don't want that do not appear in the
Startup tab under msconfig. The main culprit is MATLAB.exe and
matlabserver.exe. I use these occasionally (or less) and do not need them
running in the background all the time. How do I change this so these programs
stop using up resources? Is there something in the registry I can edit to
fix this? Thanks, Mikey
