About a week ago I uninstalled windows xp service pack 2 from my
computer and for some reason when it unistalled it, the computer didnt
remove all of it or
removed something very important. Now when i try and start up windows
i have
no task bar and some programs will not load up. I also do not have
internet
for some reason. Is there anyway to download service pack 2 onto a
disk and install it from there? thanks in advance for your help.
You can download SP2 and burn it to a disk.

However, your system is now in an unknown state. You probably would be
better off either doing a clean install or taking the machine to a
professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigStoreUSA). If you do this yourself, do not connect to the Internet
until you have installed SP2 and an antivirus on the clean machine.
Since I don't know anything about your computer or why you uninstalled
SP2 to start with, I can't be more specific. Most problems with
installing SP2 are caused by not properly preparing the computer by
making sure it is completely virus/malware-free and applying any
necessary patches from the OEM prior to the SP2 upgrade.
