Open the Task Manager and go to File>New Task(Run...) and type in
explorer

Only have the wall paper on desktop and nothing else, not even the start
button etc.(done on line scan, adware 1.06 and spybot 1.4 etc in safe mode
and remove whatever found) I downloaded the tweak #195 and copy and paste
on
the said pc. Boot in Safe Mode and run the downloaded file. But this fails
to
resolve the issue. Any idea what else can I do to bring the pc back to
life.
