Startup Profiles App?

I'm familar with the Startup control panel which allows you to set
which background processes will be switched on/off at startup. Does
anyone know of a similar app which allows you to create multiple
startup profiles, each with a particular set of startup processes, so
that you could have one for normal use, one for gaming, etc?
