I had this problem a long time ago - got a video camera? record your
start up get the error then step thru the video to see what's up, it
works.

Now this is funny! I know that this toy operating is so brain-dead one has
to purchase third-party applications to get things like DVD burning, decent
backups, etc. But now one has to purchase a video camera to read its error
messages? Amazing what a multi-billion dollar industry has been created
trying to support this toy operating system.
