I apologize for posting here, but I'm not getting a response anywhereelse.
I volunteer at a senior citizens' facility and help people with computerIdeally,
problems. One of the people I work with has NAV 2004 and encounters a
LU1875 error when running Live Update. When his family moved him into the
facility, a lot of his belongings were lost or misplaced including all of
his original disks. Consequently, he does not have his NAV disk.
I would like to uninstall and reinstall NAV, but without disks it's notreinstalling
possible. I would like to try and fix the problem by at least
Live Update.download
Does anyone know if the latest version of Live Update available for
from the Symantec site is NAV version specific? In other words, can I
download and install the current LU version without causing a problem with
his NAV 2004 software? All the Symantec site will tell me is that 2004 is
no longer supported and answers to questions are not available.
He is running XP SP2 with all current updates installed.
Thank you again for your help and I again apologize for posting a NAV
problem on this XP site.
