User have access to 'Cmd' or 'Command'. Can access Start Menu | Run? Have
access to the Address Bar in Windows Explorer?
Does user have access to rundll32 and any of the control panel's *.cpl
files?
Can they write programs?

Normally the user (a pupil in a school) is prevented from access to all
system changes, however some "bright" individual has managed to change
the
font on some files and folders in her 'My Documents' folder and
sub-folders.
Any clues as to how this occurred anbd how to reverse it and prevent it
happening again.
Pupils are restricted by policies to any control panel functions, no
right-click on desktop.
I recall about 8 years doing Mac support in a college and the students
would be quite good at deliberately or otherwise messing up the desktop.
