Shortcut( Alt +'c' ) not working in Spanish OS

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi all,
I am having a dialog( with Property pages),In one tab Alt +'c' is the
short cut for one Checkbox.It is not working when I run the application
in Spanish OS(all versions)),but the same works fine if I run it in
English OS.
Anybody having an idea on this ..???
