It would appear that the primary reason is the minimal amount of RAM installed is 128 MB and that is shared with the video compounding the problem. Consider increasing it to 512 MB.

I have a Durand processor running win xp. I am hooked to the internet by a
hub in my building, (DSL I think). There are 2 other computers hooked into
the same hub and they are running fine. My problem is the computer at my
desk, for some reason it reboots several times before actually letting me on
and then to wait for something to open, be it a program or the internet, I am
taking a nap it is so slow. I have defragged, disk checked, ran numerous
virus scans, and even bought a registry clean up tool and ran that. Nothing
seems to work to get this computer working like it should. It originally ran
great. Any suggestions as to how to go about fixing this problem? It is
really frustrating. Would installing more memory help?? Not really sure how
much I have now but I can't think of anything else to do.
