Slow Logon

We were having issues with some of our map drives not showing up
correctly or scripts not running correctly, so we turned off the fast
logon optimization in a GPO, this seemed to have resolved those issues.

However now we have several computers that will take 2-5 min to logon,
it will just hang at the preparing network connections.

Most of these computers are laptops with wireless and wired
connections.
It does the same thing regardless if you are connected or offline.
We have set the preferred adapter to be the Lan first and made sure
that the Microsoft client was first in the provider order.
We are using DHCP and there is no DNS servers explicitly specified in
any of the adapters.

All of the computer were working without issue until the fast login
optimazion was turned off.
This even happens with the wireless card removed or turned off..
