TweakUI and other programs have a setting called "X-Mouse" (activation
follows mouse). You need to find and disable that setting.

this one is very hard to describe .. if a window is in focus and has themoves
cursor over it then i can keep it in focus, but as soon as the cursor
off that window, it vanishes behind another window. I've been using some
windows optimizers and must have set something wrong, but i can't figure
what. can you help ?
