No, but when the majority of the responses indicate what appears to be a clear case of pirated software, well, it's fairly easy to understand. If a person states that they got their computer off e-bay, had not COA sticker, no media, is running Windows XP Prof, and has no restore partition, well, it's fairly easy to see that the seller screwed the purchaser with a pirated copy.
Go to the web based WGA forum and count how many Dell owners are having this problem. Are you saying that Dell ships computers with pirated software?
