You didn't read the instructions on the site. You need to download
the .iso and create a bootable cd. You need third-party burning
software to burn an .iso. You can also download a file to create a
bootable floppy instead. You will not copy the file to a floppy but run
it to create the bootable floppy.
In either case, you will then boot with the media you created. You may
need to change the boot order in the BIOS accordingly.
If you find this too hard, then take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop. They will be able to get into your machine in
less than 5 minutes.
