Re: Clearing Sun Java cache

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I just want to know what will happen to my machine when I delete this cache.
It's probably frustrating dealing with someone like me who knows so little
about this, but I appreciate your time. I don't want to do something I will
be sorry for. I have always been a "why" person, and I suspect you have
too.

Please answer my question.

Why ask why. You will lose nothing, the purpose of deleting those files is
to fix your issue. If you want your issue fixed then delete the cache.

The web page you supplied was very clear. When I clear out all of those
applets, am I losing some that would be useful to me? I guess I don't
understand why they are there if I can simply clear rhem.
