USER32.DLL API...

I was searching for a way to lock a workstation from a command line. My
search instantly returned

rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation

This was awesome, but where in the world does someone really FIND this
information? Is there a way of enumerating the functions of user32.dll?
Searching for USER32.DLL API returns some information, but I would love to
know them all and where the original source is. I am sure it is somewhere
on microsoft.com or msdn, but I am not finding a document that says "this
does that", even though there are probably thousands of functions.

Also, Is there a way of monitoring what function of user32.dll is called
when I perform a certain task?

Thanks!
