I've already tried the the KB article http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;Q170086
and this did not work.
I've also tried removing every startup entry in
HKCU_RUN and HKLM_RUN and all entries in Global Startup
and still it pops up on startup. Little help please.

Whats "mspmspv.exe"? ... I did disable it in Startup... disabled the entries in System Config.... (microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics)
