Yes, that's what I mean. I thought I did need a boot disk to reinstall
the OS.
Yes I have a backup - hopefully it will work. I bought "Image for
Windows" and made an image of the hard drive.
Now I'll pray.......

I need a boot disk. My hard drive is about to crash.
The instructions to make a boot disk assume I have a floppy drive.
When I choose the Format for my CDRW drive it does not have an option
for making an MSDOS Startup Disk.
What can I do???
.
