Since we don't know what "a lot of back doors" means, all I can suggest
is that you log onto the faulty machines with an account different from
the one which you are trying to delete. You may need to go into Safe
Mode.
As an aside, management of school computers is done easily if you create
images using a program like Acronis True Image or Symantec Ghost. A
quick multicast from the server and all your computers will be back to
as they were when you first set them up.
