I want to stop the need to click my user name to log in (XP Home)

I have a laptop running XP Home and once the laptop goes into hibernation or
standby mode, I am required to log back in before I can continue using my
laptop. This is the blue start up screen and it says I to click on my user
name to begin. I am not required to enter a password, just simply click on
my user name and then windows starts up for me.
I never used to be required to use this log in type of startup. How can I
skip this step and have the laptop pick up just where I left off prior to
the hibernation ...without the need to click on my user name?
Thanks in advance...
.
