See if this info helps, posted earlier by Ignacio H.
<Q>
I solved my problem by reinstalling The Client Service for Netware rebooting
and uninstalling again. And HOP! there I had FUS operative again.

thank u guys but it is not in the add/remove screen and i only have one
network connection and the only items in the are
Client for Microsoft Networks
File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks
QoS Packet Scheduler
Internet Protocol (tcp/ip)
all of which have a check mark.
sorry i should have mentioned that in my original question.
will deleteing the connection and setting up a new one resolve the problem
maybe?
thanks.

Hi, i'm running sp2 and when I click on "change way users log on" I get
this
message: "Client Services for NetWare has disabled the Welcome screen
and
Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall Client
Services for NetWare."
I went in to the Network properties screen and it's not even listed in
there. I clicked on services where it is listed but disabled. When I
checked it's properties the file listed is:
"C:\WINDOWS|System32\svchost.exe
-k netsvcs".
What is going on here and how can I get rid of this so I can resort back
to
normal login screens where I can switch users, etc.?
Thank you.
Eric
