Hi,
Let it go longer, one of the controls is definitely causing a problem. Make
sure you are not going through Tools/Internet Options in the browser, but
rather through the Control Panel while the browser is closed.

When I go to manage add-ons in IE under her account the little
flashlight comes up and just wags back and forth looking for add-ons.
Eventually, I let it go for 10 minutes, it still has not found
anything. I tried to close down the search, I get a "not responding"
error. When I chose to send an error report it gave a link to send me
to the knowledge base. To my surprise this link worked and I was able
to go to the MS knowledge base and surf from there with no problem.
But nothing else about IE works right under her account.
