Re: Windows xp Prof remove Administrator acct

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Frank,

You can setup automatic logon without removing the additional user accounts.
Follow these steps:

Click Start, Run and type CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2, and click Ok. The built-in
Administrator account is highlighted by default, in the dialog. So, you need
to select the user account from the list (the account to which you want to
automatically logon). Uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to
use this computer" option, and click Ok. Type the user account password and
complete the process.

I would like to know how to remove my administrator account so I don't have
to login on boot up. I am the only person who uses this computer.
