I am opening the file:
a) from a shortcut icon on the desktop.
and
d) double clicking on the file name from Windows Explorer or My
Computer.
Both generates the same error


I note your reluctance to post the contents of the
"Target" field in your shortcut. Knowing this string
is essential whena ttempting to solve your problem.
You now have several options:
a) Live with the problem.
b) Solve it yourself.
c) Hope that some other respondent can guess the
cause of your problem.
d) Post the contents of the Target field and get the
problem resolved.
The choice is yours.
