Perhaps. But many times, the helpful suggestions made here
are not that more successful at resolving difficulties. And
tech support within a newsgroup is never well-structured or
organized at logical problem-solving. Or one can also write
that a "computernik" is a "computernik" in any language but
there are too many users that have been dumbed-down to the
extent that they no longer know how to learn new technology
or are proficient in the three R's. "No kid left behind" can
be interpreted to mean that everybody graduates.
