The path do exist.

The problem seems to be that when I open the file, it opens using a
username/ password that has no rigth in the application folder. BUT I
have given all rigths premission to "Everyone"

How are you opening the file?
a) from a shortcut icon on the desktop?
b) from a shortcut icon on the taskbar?
c) from a shortcut icon on the start -> programs menu?
d) double clicking on the file name from Windows Explorer or My
Computer?
e) from the MRU used list in the File menu of a program?
