Hi,

Click start/run, type REGEDIT and click ok. Expand the branches to reach
these keys (one at a time). Click on the key, then look in the right hand
pane for the string that loads defolder.exe. Click on that string value and
hit the <delete> key.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Chances are that your av or antispyware software removed this file, and you
just need to remove the registry entry that loads it.

Concerning previous post about Windows cannot find
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\DeFolder.exe I`ve run scan of computer but
antivirus does not find problem. I tried to use Start Run MSCONFIG/ALL but
get msg that windows can not find it. Any other help?
