I heard that there is actually only 7 programs needed in the startup, whenforever
you type msconfig and go to secelective startup. My computer takes
to get booted up, can anyone help me what programs for startup are needed?

Untick the lot, then retick them selectively until you can
isolate the one that slows down the machine during the
boot phase.
