Re: Windows problem; ie Event ID 1517

Hi Ron,

What happens when you try to access them? Does it lock up or do you get an
error message? If the latter, what is it?

My computer will not allow my user profile to access "My Documents" and
other
files. I noticed that in the event viewer I am seeing id 1517.
I downloaded the registry fix, but it has not worked.

What can I try next?
