Hi Spikey,
Look for the script (XPSystemRestorePointFrequency.vbs) on the following
page to change the restore point frequency.

Before changing this sitting, take a look at this page. Often times it's
best to reduce the amount of disk space SR uses to hold restore points
rather than changing the frequency at which they are created.
