This is not possible. You are doing something wrong. Many restore
programs require you to go into Advanced settings (or the like) to do a
complete factory restore. The default is usually to *not* do this which
would produce the results you are getting. Refer to your manual or look
on Toshiba's tech support site for how to completely restore your
computer to factory condition.
