Re: A question about licencing

Exactly correct.

Its between you and the vendor if you want that kind of refund.

And note, many vendors, no matter what you buy from them, will take back a
return minus a restocking fee. No matter what the problem is, you loose
money for wasting the vendors time and resources because you didn't read the
fine print or ask the right questions. Ya I know "where is the fine
print!!!!!". That has been answered over and over again, so just shut it and
stop crying about it like a two year old.

So ultimately your beef is with whoever you bought it from, not Microsoft.
As I stated before, MS has an open return policy for their customers.

If you paid tax and such take it up with your government and see how far you
get, because they have the money now.

And a CD falls under the heading of media mail in the US. That makes it less
than a dollar to send it back. Again, if you local mail delivery system
wants to charge more, take it up with them.

Or you could just stop whining about how all the big companies and evil
governments are ganging up on you and you might be out a bucks(or euros)
because you changed your mind after you bought something.

No, what is the point of a refund unless I get everything paid, including
tax and do not have to pay for shipping?

I answered a specific statement, if you want to change the statement to
get a different response, then do so. My reply stands a good based on
the text it was written in response too.

If you want a full refund, you are more than welcome to question the
vendor you are making a purchase from BEFORE you make the purchase. You
may or may not get a full refund including shipping/taxes, but it's up
to you to determine that with your vendor.
