By all means check out the URLs listed above.
It also means that it is a piece of crap which prevents you from
using a lot of old software designed for W98/W95 unless you go
through the hoops and go around it.
It was never fully explained to users...hence all of the
enquiries.
My opinion...others may disagree...and probably will.
