What problem are you trying to solve? It sounds like the machine serial
number is registered at Dell with a particular owner. Dell will only supply
support to the machine owner. Get the Rent to Own place to notify Dell of
the change of ownership. If the machine is still under warranty, Dell will
support it (preloaded operating system, etc.). If it is out of warranty,
help comes at a price.

I have a question I bought my computer through a rent to own place now I

it and for the administator it has there name is there any way to change
that
name to mine I get no help through dell because it is registered under
another name. Any suggestions?
