I have a 19" widescreen monitor currently set to 1440 x 900 resolution.
Is this the best resolution i can get? When I try to change it in
control panel stuff goes off the screen or stuff all looks squashed. My
graphics card lets me specifically type in any resolution I want - what
better resolutions could I have?

Suse doesnt seem to like widescreen ... Hi - I have a new Dell 2007FPW widescreen monitor, with a native resolution... mx' graphics, using 16 meg of ram, with a 1 gig of ram installed. ... graphics and I havent gotten to the point of installing a card to test it ... (alt.os.linux.suse)
