I use Trend Micro on a corporate LAN that's updated hourly. And I'm sure
it's not from the program in filext.

Here are the results of looking for that file extension:

It seems rather unlikely that you'd have so many files from any of those
programs, but you should check. Otherwise, what does a scan with a
current version antivirus show? Your installed full-featured antivirus
should be no earlier than 2005 with an active subscription and updated
virus definitions.
