Hello Folks; I get a window that says the VCL50.BPL file is missing. I've
tried re-installing Office XP; tried using the applications disks that

with my computer; tried to repair with said disks; tried re-installing
Outlook 2000 as that's the primary program failure; program installs but
won't initialize due to the missing file. Can anyone provide some advice
