You would need to entirely reinstall. I must second the question in the other reply - why on earth would you want to do this anyway? :-)

If one have WinXP installed on a FAT32 partition, and dualboot with another Windows or Linux one can change the Childish/Corporate/Lawyer-style very annoying "WINDOWS" to the more easy on the eye "Windows".
